  • Workhuman iQ: Workhuman’s democratization of actionable organizational insights outside of HR or the human experience, providing leaders with a human-centric narrative, including recommendations for local actions they can take to improve the experience employees. The company is developing Workhuman’s new app powered by over a billion human connection points, full of visualizations that illustrate an organization’s culture over time, showing changes in behaviors and raising awareness of new emerging patterns.   • Integrations: Workhuman has embarked on an ambitious journey to shape the future of the human workplace. This type of microcoaching reinforces the value of an employee recognition program, reinforces a company’s DEI training, and is a quick and easy way to create a more inclusive culture. Inclusion Advisor will expand into Workhuman Cloud, with functionality being integrated into Conversations, Workhuman’s continuous performance development solution. Inclusion Advisor will now be able to identify implicit biases used in everyday workplace language in feedback requests and registrations.

Workhuman also announced new research done in partnership with Gallup, titled Unleashing the Human Element at Work: Transforming Workplaces Through Recognition. Here are some highlights of the study:

  • Only about a third of employees say their employer has a formal recognition program.

  • Eight in 10 leaders (81%) say recognition is not a top strategic priority for their organization.

  • A 10,000 person organization with an already engaged workforce can save up to $16.1 million in annual revenue when it makes recognition an important part of its culture.
