Touchstone Research Makes Five New Hires | News

United States – Touchstone Research has appointed five new staff members to its team.

Erik Erwin joined the company as senior project manager. He will work closely with the company’s technology, media, entertainment and youth clients. Erwin is an anthropologist with over 10 years of experience uncovering consumer culture insights for Fortune 500 companies and advertising agencies in categories including technology, CPG, finance, healthcare health, food and beverage, automotive and clothing.

Another senior project manager is Jack Keelan. Keelan spent time at Radio Flyer as a design researcher, where he was responsible for designing, coordinating, moderating and reporting on research projects around a variety of children’s toys, as well as electric bikes/scooters for adults.

Michelle Richard has joined the team as a senior qualitative analyst. She is a seasoned researcher with over 25 years of global experience, working closely with Fortune 500 companies. She joins Touchstone from North American Cryobank, where she led the marketing department. Prior to that, she spent time at Ipsos Understanding Unlimited, where she was a senior qualitative research consultant and moderator. She was also a product researcher in the R&D team at Procter & Gamble.

Michael Kozloski is also joining as a senior quantitative analyst. Prior to joining Touchstone, Kozloski worked for 16 years in consumer research, primarily in the grocery, housewares and electronics industries. He simultaneously worked for one of the largest social science research organizations in the United States as a research scientist and, more recently, as a senior survey research analyst for a major nursing and nursing institution. health professions.

Patricia Lopez is the third senior quantitative analyst to join Touchstone. She has over 15 years of experience in many industries including Media & Entertainment, Technology, CPG, Finance, Health & Beauty, Food & Beverage, Banking, Pharmaceutical, insurance, automobile and fast food. Lopez joins Focus Room/Fuel where she was a qualitative manager specializing in cultural insights. Previously, she spent time at PRS In Vivo, where she led and mentored a team of researchers and served as research manager and moderator responsible for running qualitative and quantitative studies.
