Touchstone Research Makes Five Hires | News

United States – Market research firm Touchstone Research has appointed five new members to its team.

Erik Erwin has joined the company as a senior project manager, and he will work closely with the company’s clients in technology, media, entertainment and youth.

Erwin is an anthropologist with over 10 years of experience uncovering consumer culture insights for large corporations and advertising agencies in categories such as technology, consumer packaged goods (CPG), finance, healthcare, food and beverage, automotive and apparel.

Another senior project manager is Jack Keelan. Keelan spent time at Radio Flyer as a design researcher, where he was responsible for designing, coordinating, moderating and reporting on research projects around a variety of children’s toys, as well as electric bikes/scooters for adults.

Michelle Richard joined the team as a senior qualitative analyst and joins Touchstone from North American Cryobank, where she led the marketing department.

Prior to joining Cryobank, Richard spent time at Ipsos Understanding Unlimited, where she was a senior qualitative research consultant and moderator. She was also a product researcher with Procter & Gamble’s research and development team.

Michael Kozloski is also joining as a senior quantitative analyst. Prior to joining Touchstone, Kozloski worked for 16 years in consumer research, primarily in the grocery, housewares and electronics industries, and worked for one of the largest research organizations in social sciences in the United States as a research scientist and more recently as a senior investigator. research analyst for a major institution in the nursing and health professions.

Patricia Lopez has been named Senior Qualitative Analyst. She has over 15 years of experience in many industries including Media & Entertainment, Technology, CPG, Finance, Health & Beauty, Food & Beverage, Banking, Pharmaceutical, insurance, automobile and catering.

Lopez joins Focus Room/Fuel where she was a qualitative manager specializing in cultural insights. Previously, she spent time at PRS In Vivo, where she led and mentored a team of researchers and served as research manager and moderator responsible for qualitative and quantitative studies.
