Kantar Public Names Evaluation Manager

In London, Kantar Public has appointed Alex Hurrell as Head of Valuation, leading the continued growth of its valuation offering to UK government and public sector clients.
Established in 2016, Kantar Public brings together expertise from across the group to offer advice on the delivery of public policy, services and communications. Hurrell (pictured) joins with over seventeen years of experience in international development and public policy evaluation and research for public sector clients around the world. Most recently, he worked at Oxford Policy Management, as Principal Consultant, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning, following a stint as Chief Operating Officer.
Hurrell also spent two years at the Resolution Foundation, most recently as a senior analyst, specializing in social policy and poverty and inequality analysis. His experience includes leading complex, large-scale projects specializing in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), impact evaluation, value for money evaluation (VFM), and design and implementation. monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) systems to support program accountability and impact. in a wide range of public policy areas.
